Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
The short version
Remember is designed to keep your reminders private. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated servers. Your reminders are stored on your device.
Information stored on your device
Reminder titles, dates, completion status, and notification scheduling information are stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage frameworks. Deleting a reminder removes it from the app. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.
Notifications
Remember uses Apple’s local notification system to deliver alerts you schedule. Notification permission is optional and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
Voice input
Dictation is optional. When your device supports on-device speech recognition, transcription stays on the device. Otherwise, Apple may process audio to provide speech recognition under Apple’s privacy terms. Remember does not retain recordings.
Sharing and selling data
We do not sell, rent, profile, or share your reminder data. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics software.
Children’s privacy
Remember does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released.
